Placing an Order
After you have made your selection, click on the " BUY NOW " box located below the jewelry image. This will advance you to the shopping cart page where you will have the option of continuing to shop or proceeding to checkout. When your shopping is completed, click on "Proceed to Checkout" and follow the instructions. You will receive a confirmation via email once your order has been received and processed. Please print a copy for your records.

Placing a Secure Online Order is easy. For your shopping convenience Frogworks designs offers PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card and American Express. If you are interested in an alternate payment option please contact me via email.
Shipping and Handling
All purchases will be shipped via USPS, 1st Class Mail, insured. Shipping, handling and insurance costs will be automatically calculated at the time of checkout.
Free shipping, handling and insurance for all orders totaling $300.00 or more!
In most cases your order will be shipped within 1 to 3 days of payment confirmation. Additional time may be required if re-sizing is requested. A delivery date for Custom Orders will be given on an individual order basis.
At this time we are only accepting orders for shipment within the US. No orders will be accepted for delivery to P.O. boxes. All prices are in US Dollars and are subject to change without notice.
*Please note that a 6.5% sales tax will be added to orders shipped to a Minnesota address.
Gift Packaging
Your order will arrive attractively packaged in a gift box complete with ribbon, ready for giving or treasuring. Packaging may vary slightly due to availability. A plastic Ziploc bag for storing your jewelry and a helpful "Care Instruction" sheet will be included to help you keep your jewelry as beautiful as the day it arrived.
