The Right Fit
When sizing a bracelet, I find it best to allow it to hang comfortably somewhere between the bend of the wrist and the first thumb knuckle. This may sound basic, but proper fit is important and I want you to be completely happy with your purchase. I find it extremely annoying if a bracelet is too tight or so loose that I'm afraid of losing it; it should not slide off your wrist without being unfastened. Please allow a longer measurement than you might otherwise need if the bracelet you select uses large stones as this makes the core of the bracelet rest farther from your wrist, requiring extra length overall.
Re-sizing
Complimentary re-sizing if offered for most bracelets however some designs may be woven with seed beads or leather cord so that alteration is not possible. If you have selected a bracelet that you know will be larger or smaller than you'd like, please let me know before shipment and I will make the necessary changes. If you find that the size isn't right after you've received your bracelet, don't worry. You may return the bracelet for complimentary alteration. You pay only the shipping charges. Since beads may have to be added or deleted, the design may change slightly. Please email prior to shipping to discuss.
Jewelry Care
Care for your hand-crafted jewelry as you would any other precious jewelry; the more gently you care for it the longer it will stay strong and beautiful. Some stones and pearls are treated with a coating that may dull when exposed to harsh chemicals (i.e. hairspray, perfume, strong cleaning solutions, chlorine, etc.). Please use caution and avoid wearing your jewelry when bathing, swimming or doing heavy work. With time and exposure to light and air, silver will tarnish. Keeping your jewelry in plastic or in a drawer will help to retain the original shine longer. If tarnish occurs a gentle buffing with a treated jeweler's cloth is recommended. Never use abrasives or a harsh chemical dip.
Custom Designs
Most of my designs are one-of-a-kind and because they are as unique as each wearer, they will not be duplicated. If you should find a piece in the sold gallery that you like please contact me. To the extent that similar stones and components are available I will be happy to work with you to create a piece that is all your own.

The jewelry you purchase from Frogworks designs has been carefully constructed for beauty and durability. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase I will gladly accept it for return or exchange. Unworn jewelry, with tags attached and in original condition and packaging will be accepted within 7 days of receipt. Shipping charges are not refundable and returned jewelry must be fully insured. Please email me for complete return instructions. Special Orders and custom or altered designs are not returnable. If your jewelry should need repair please contact me.
